Kuwait has the world’s fifth largest proven oil reserves and is the ninth richest country in the world per capita.
Kuwait’s oil fields were discovered and exploited in the 1930s and after it gained independence from the United Kingdom in 1961, the nation’s oil industry saw unprecedented growth.

  • Located in the desert geographical region, Kuwait has a continental climate characterized by its dry hot long summer and short warm winter with occasional rainfalls. The average minimum in Kuwait in March is 14.0°C (57.2°F). If you enjoy looking at a blue sky and love the sun then this is a great time to go to Kuwait with 218 hours of sun. With a water temperature of around 22.0°C (71.6°F), this is a great month to swim.
  • Kuwait does not currently have a railway system. With no trains, Kuwait residents and visitors alike must rely on buses and taxis. Buses in Kuwait are modern, efficient, and cheap. The majority are also air-conditioned. There are 2 major public bus companies in Kuwait, both owned by the state: Kuwait Public Transport Company (KPTC) and City Bus. Taxis in Kuwait are widespread and generally reasonably priced to hire. They can be recognized by their yellow license plate and can be either flagged down on the street or booked in advance.

Entry Visa To Kuwait

Visit visa assistance is available upon an official request and on providing a clear passport copy with a minimum of 6 months validity. Approval is based on immigration clearance. The guest will be charged a non-refundable amount of approximately 15 KWD.
The visa will be submitted by the hotel in which you will be staying.
